Haifil is a studio for Dance & Fitness for all age group. We have unique classes introduce a fresh and open approach to the study of traditional dance techniques with a strong focus on correct placement, developing strength and flexibility while paying particular attention to the movement principles.For enabling dancers to meet the increasing technical and artistic demands of dance, we emphasis on Musicality and Lyrics, Isolation and Body Awareness, Tempo and Syncopation and Performance and Showmanship.

Hafis is a born dancer. Dance runs through his veins along with his blood. In his life dance embraces the utmost importance. He has choreographed for many events . According to him dance is not just shaking the legs and waving the arms, it is a methodology and a combination of body, mind and soul.

Haifil aims to cultivate individuals to be passionate and have fun while learning to express themselves to their fullest potential. You may even loose weight and gain confidence in the process!
